Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our design process, materials, and installation.
Installation time varies depending on project size, the number of rooms, and factors such as weather and location. We strive to provide a quick and efficient installation process that fits your schedule and your lifestyle so that you can start enjoying your space as quickly as possible.
Renters are eligible for custom closet/storage solutions with the written consent of the property owner and at the risk of the renter/owner. The renter assumes responsibility for the removal and repair of their storage solution as agreed upon with their property owner.
Even when properly installed, wire racks can cause damage to your walls and floor due to minimal weight bearing and a lack of structural integrity. Many of our clients contact us after their wire racks have fallen from the wall, ripping drywall, scratching paint, and leaving behind a heaping mess. With wire racks, you are also locked into a fixed system, while our custom units provide functionality and flexibility as you and your needs change!
We can install storage solutions in any space of your home, from walk-in master closets to linen closets. Contact us for more information!
There are many factors that affect the pricing of a custom closet/storage solution. While we are happy to discuss your unique situation over the phone, we prefer to assess and quote your project after an onsite visit to ensure accuracy. We can work with you to establish the best time for your walkthrough. Please refer to our Pre-Consultation Checklist to learn more about our on-site consultation.
Absolutely! If you are building a new home, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible so that we can outfit your closets/rooms/garages with custom storage. Waiting can impact your move in time or require us to remove newly installed wire racks, which can cause unnecessary damage to your walls. Schedule a consultation today!
We do not! We remove standard wire racks as a complimentary part of our install process and spackle, but do not paint since we cannot put our units up on wet walls!
